    Scott Ponaman is the Founder and CEO of Ponaman Healthcare Consulting. A former clinical nurse turned healthcare strategist, Scott has dedicated his career to advancing care for underserved populations across both public and private sectors. Since founding the firm in 2001, he has guided foundations, non-profits, and government agencies with creative, policy-informed solutions—particularly in 340B program optimization and Medicaid strategy.

    Scott holds a B.S. and M.S. in Health Administration, a nursing certificate, and is an Apexus Certified Expert (ACE). His past roles include leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente, Mercer, and Schaller Anderson. Based in Phoenix, he works nationally to help clients navigate complex healthcare challenges.

  • Dr. Kuldip Thusu, Principal

    Dr. Kuldip Thusu is a seasoned healthcare executive with over two decades of leadership experience in nonprofit health centers, governance, and healthcare consulting. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Alta Family Health Clinic for 18 years, where he led the organization through sustained growth, strategic expansion, and multiple successful HRSA site visits.

    Dr. Thusu brings deep expertise in healthcare operations, compliance, board governance, and startup development within the healthcare sector. His work spans advising nonprofit organizations, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring regulatory adherence, particularly within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Look-Alikes.

  • Jenna Gonzalez, VP of Operations

    Jenna Gonzalez is Vice President of Operations at Triformation Health, where she leads strategy, infrastructure, and compliance initiatives across the healthcare sector. She specializes in operational design for FQHCs, FQHC Look-Alikes, and grant-funded programs, helping organizations align with federal and state regulations.

    With a background in sociology and as a Professional Certified Coach, Jenna combines behavioral insight with systems thinking to drive sustainable growth. She previously held a senior role at Ponaman Healthcare Consulting, focusing on 340B program optimization and data analytics. Jenna is passionate about building efficient, human-centered systems that improve both care delivery and organizational performance.

  • Ana Zarco, VP of Health Center Program Development

    Ana Zarco is Vice President of Health Center Program Development at Triformation Health, where she leads governance strengthening and strategic board support for FQHC Look-Alikes. She believes empowered boards are key to expanding care, advancing equity, and transforming underserved communities.

    With deep experience on FQHC-LA and community boards, Ana is dedicated to building mission-aligned leadership that drives sustainable, community-centered solutions. Grounded in faith and a commitment to service, she approaches her work with conviction, strategy, and a passion for health equity.

  • Crystal Campbell, Senior Consultant

    Crystal Campbell serves as a Senior Consultant at Triformation Health, where she leverages over 20 years of pharmacy and healthcare consulting expertise. As a PharmD and former pharmacy owner, Crystal has deep experience in specialty pharmacy operations, accreditation, and 340B program development.

    Her career includes co-founding a successful specialty pharmacy business, where she led partnerships with 340B covered entities and secured key accreditations. Earlier, at Walgreens, she helped design a nationwide medication counseling program for transplant patients. Crystal is passionate about guiding pharmacies and healthcare organizations through strategic growth, compliance, and optimizing pharmacy services to improve patient care.

  • Haley Miller, Senior Consultant

    Haley Miller is a Senior Consultant at Triformation Health, bringing nearly two decades of pharmacy leadership and healthcare strategy experience. A PharmD graduate, Haley co-founded a specialty pharmacy with a focus on complex disease states, 340B partnerships, and specialty accreditations including ACHC and URAC.

    Her expertise spans 340B program optimization, pharmacy operations, third-party contracting, and accreditation readiness. Before launching her consulting career, Haley played a pivotal role at Walgreens in developing a national bedside delivery and medication counseling program for organ transplant patients. She now helps covered entities and healthcare organizations improve compliance, operational efficiency, and patient-centered outcomes.
